Thanks to everyone who came out to the Dam Good Run in 2023 to restart this unique event on the Columbia River. We're excited to bring this run back in 2024!
Besides running or walking next to the beautiful Columbia River, you'll have the unique opportunity to be on top of the McNary Dam; This section is not normally open to the public and offers great views of the river! Once again we're hosting a 5k & 10k race that starts and ends at West Park (on 3rd street just 1/2 mile West of the Fish Viewing Room on the Oregon side of the McNary Dam). The event will be chip timed by Eastern Oregon Sports Training and you'll be able to view your results online after the race. All participants who register by April 28, 2024 will receive a short sleeved technical T-shirt with the Dam Good Run logo on the front. Those who register after April 28 are not guaranteed a shirt. Water and snacks will be provided to race participants after the race.
*Thanks to a grant from UEC and local sponsors, kids ages 13 and under are free! Kids must be supervised during the run by a parent/ guardian. You can register kids the morning of the run @ the registration table. Kids will be given an official race bib and their time recorded by EO Sports Training.
